Mmmmm. Beer.
From crisp lagers to complex Belgians to juicy IPAs, we pride ourselves on a variety of well-crafted styles
Clean, crisp, & refreshing like a dip in the Winni. Soft & bready malt character with a touch of sweetness. Low bitterness, with slightly floral notes.
Crisp, citrusy American IPA with grapefruit notes, a smooth mouthfeel, & dry finish. Mosaic & Amarillo hop make this one a house favorite.
This “love letter” to the Italian Pilsner has plenty of NE in it as it features malts from Blue Ox Malthouse (ME) & Four Star Farms (MA) hops. This 0% ITU crispi boi has notes of black tea, lemon rind, & a floral/herbal aroma. Kick your feet up & enjoy this collaboration with @pilsnerish.
A classic, unfiltered wheat beer that pairs perfectly with sunny summer days. Fruity with notes of banana, clove, & bubblegum.
Named for a huge black dog of lore with one fiery red eye, whose howl makes your blood run cold. Unlike that harbinger of doom, this is just a really tasty German lager with notes of roasty coffee, nut, & a light toffee finish.
Pouring a deep, obsidian brown with ruby highlights, Underdark offers notes of roasted malt, chocolate, & a whisper of coffee, balanced by a subtle caramel sweetness. It finishes smooth & dry, like the fleeting echo of footsteps down a forgotten tunnel.
Juicy, with a soft mouthfeel. Tropical notes of papaya, pineapple, & creamy peach with a citrus finish from a mix of Ekuanot, Mosaic, & an experimental hop.
Notes of caramel, toffee, toasted marshmallow, & dried fruit with a deep copper color & full mouthfeel. Despite the richness & complexity, the finish is clean & drinkable. 12oz pour
This crisp, grainy, round-bodied lager is the perfect companion on & off the disc golf course. A subtle corn sweetness is complemented by the herbal notes of Teamaker hops from Four Star Farms (MA).
Nutty with hints of chocolate & toffee. Creamy mouthfeel, a dry finish & a frothy head. Pairs well with basghetti.
Despite the style name, this sessionable ale is more about balance & restraint than its American counterparts. Lightly hopped & balanced by a moderate malt presence, you’ll find notes of biscuit, honey, & caramel, with just a hint of the typical Belgian spice character.
We set out to capture the essence of Tallman with a lower, ABV & we nailed it. This little guy is full-bodied with the crisp citrus flavors we love, & the lower alcohol content means it can go with you on all kinds of adventures.
