We took our Perfetto Pils, which has notes of black tea, lemon rind & a floral aroma & aged it in French red wine barrels for two months to impart notes of oak & red grapes & a more luxurious mouthfeel.
Featuring Blue Ox Malt, this mild is lightly roasty, nutty, caramely, & toffee-y. We think this classic English style ale would make a great pairing for Biscuits with the Boss.

We set out to capture the essence of Tallman with a lower, more sessionable ABV. Pretty sure we nailed it. This little guy is full-bodied with the crisp citrus flavors we love, & the lower alcohol content means it can go with you on all kinds of adventures.
Named for a huge black dog of lore with one fiery red eye, whose howl makes your blood run cold. Unlike this harbinger of doom, this is just a really tasty German lager with notes of roasty coffee, nut, & a light toffee finish.
Crisp, citrusy American IPA with grapefruit notes, a smooth mouthfeel, & dry finish. Mosaic & Amarillo hop make this one a house favorite.
In our ongoing quest to present our beer to you in the best possible format, we offer 8oz half pours instead of flights. It takes more than a few sips to get the full experience of a beer. Switching between small pours allows flavors to linger and mix on your palate. Along with temperature, carbonation and character change at different rates in each beer, changing the experience the longer a beer sits. You may order up to two half pours at a time, but we recommend slowing down and enjoying them one at a time. Slow down service?
